About the Role
The Compliance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager, ensuring all internal quality systems, training, calibration, and supplier management processes are carried out in line with regulations and company procedures.
This is a varied role with scope for development, where accuracy, organisation, and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Liaise regularly with training providers, flagging outstanding training and coordinating with Engineering Team Leaders to meet deadlines.
- Input and maintain accurate data within Aerotrac.
- Check and manage approved maintenance data in line with company procedures and subscription service providers.
- Manage the Approved Supplier List in line with UK, EU, and US regulations.
- Oversee calibration of tooling in accordance with UKAS standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
- Support with Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, and general administrative duties.
- Proven experience as a Quality and Safety Administrator (ideally within aviation or a regulated industry).
- Knowledge of Part 145 Airworthiness regulations and UKAS calibration procedures.
- IT literate, with experience using Aerotrac (preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Project management experience (advantageous).
- £29,000 per annum
