- Job Title: Trainee Operations Administrator
Location: Harlow ( fully on site)
Hours: 8.30-5pm (37.5 hours)
Salary: £25,000-27,000 DOE
Package: healthcare afte 4 months probation, pension
About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced, project-driven environment as a Trainee Operations Administrator. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across multiple business functions including project coordination, administration, and internal team support. Ideal for someone keen to learn, grow, and build a solid foundation within operations.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support- Manage incoming/outgoing communications and assist in scheduling meetings
- Take meeting minutes and support with calendar management
- Assist with project planning tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Support sales and marketing teams (e.g. logging enquiries, social media assistance)
- Set up new projects in internal systems (e.g. CRM and accounting software) Procure would be an advantage but training will be provided.
- Assist with payment applications and ensure timely client invoicing
- Place purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- Track project milestones and update progress via project management platforms
- Process supplier invoices and prepare weekly payment logs
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of documentation and project reports
- Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure project success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
