- Schedular/Office - Administrator (Maintenance)
Do you live in Essex? Do you have experience in an admin role? Do you have experience in the maintenance world? This is the job for you!
Location - Chipping Ongar, Essex
Salary - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 5:00pm half hour for lunch ( 37.5 hours)
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays

Needs to have:
- Good I.T knowledge and able to adapt to new software
- Ability to work at a fast pace; be proactive with strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team of operatives and allocate work on a daily basis, ensuring jobs are complete, signed off and invoiced
- Instruct sub-contractors from our approved lists
- Prepare documents such as invoicing, quotes
- Be able to compile pre start information in advance of works to ensure operatives can get works done efficiently and cost effectively
- Maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ability to research and source materials for projects
- Ability to manage and monitor the teams annual leave, sickness, keep training up to date and general admin duties
Bonus skill:
- General knowledge of the maintenance/ trade industry
