- Our existing client in Hoddesdon is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team in Hoddesdon. The role is on a Temp to Perm basis but there is no guarantee at this stage. The role will be initially be on a 3-4 month contract.
The client is a National training provider to the construction industry who are dedicated to ensuring an outstanding level of training across the many disciplines.
Hours 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday ( 40 hours)
Salary £25,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will be able to pick up the role quickly and will be the first point of contact for its customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support
- Welcome and assist students throughout their visits.
- Provide support in managing tutors and assessors.
- Respond to inquiries and distribute relevant information.
- Assist with course bookings, including trainers and attendees.
- Prepare student packs.
- Manage the entire administrative procedure, from initial bookings to certification.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with financial and HR processes.
- Manage relationships with accreditation partners, associations, and federations.
- Oversee supplies for the training centre’s canteen and workshop.
- Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.
- Update and maintain databases, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information.
- Maintain processes, procedures, and the Staff Handbook.
- Contribute to the development of additional quality control policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing documentation for external audits.
- Support the maintenance of quality control for awarding bodies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements through candidate due diligence.
- Prepare relevant documents for monthly review meetings.
- Liaise with remote working staff.
