- Our client is currently going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly and fun team. As part of the Sales team you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager. You will need to be comfortable with dealing directly with customers, be highly organised and you will need to have excellent customer service skills. You will need to have excellent attention to detail as you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties. Part of the role will involve assisting to coordinate and monitor their online presence to enhance sales and increase revenue in-line with their business objectives, so an interest in this is important.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service experience
- Providing sales support to the Sales Manager
- Assist in the increase of revenue through the various channels
- Day-to-day administrative tasks; sales invoicing, Raising PO’s, credit control of cash customers, filing, answering emails, maintaining accurate records, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of the sales and marketing activity through all online advertising sales channels such as eBay, Shpock etc.
- Dealing with any customer queries in an efficient manner.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation (delivery notes etc) are accurate.
- Additional duties & responsibilities may be required in this role.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrable experience in a sales administration role.
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel – MS Word
- A good understanding of eBay
- Excellent written and oral communicator (able to deal with staff and customers)
- Effective problem solver
- Able to build strong relationships, both with customers and colleagues
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Able to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercially astute
