A temporary role expected to last up to 4 weeks. 9-4.30pm Monday to Thursday 9-4pm Friday. Duties include:
· Setting up interviews Taking any calls that come into the HR team. · Requesting vetting information · Distribute new starter paperwork · Setting up new starter HR files · Ensuring all Safeguarding checks including DBS are in place · Requesting references · Requesting login credentials from IT · Organising Probation paperwork ·· Providing references for former staff · Maintaining staff absence request forms on SIMS · Dealing with Ad hoc HR queries · Meeting with staff regarding issues such as childcare, absence, conduct etc. · Organise leavers paperwork (following leaver process map) · Co-ordinate Data Subject paperwork requests for staff
