Location: Writtle, Essex
Salary: Up to £27,000 plus bonus TBC
Position: Full Time ( 2 weeks rota varying start/finish times)
Monday 7.30-5pm or 8-5.30pm
Tuesday-Thursday 8-5pm or 8.30-5.30pm
Friday 8-4.30pm
Essentials: Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
You will also need to drive to get to the location.
Overview
We’re a young and growing retailer of home and industrial storage solutions based close to Chelmsford, Essex. We are looking to recruit an experienced customer services executive to join our small and friendly team.
We are looking for someone with high standard of written and spoken English, You’ll be outstanding on the phone and able to quickly get to grips with the complexities of our products and business.
Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment is essential. You will need to have good attention to detail, be organised, computer literate and able to work effectively as part of a team.
This role will suit a calm and patient individual who has a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work, who thrives off working in a busy environment.
Ideal candidate will have online retail environment/e-commerce experience.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat and email.
- Advising customers on our range of storage solutions for home and business
- Processing orders over the phone
- Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with occasional complaints
- Replying to enquires via email, live chat and over the phone
- General administrative tasks.
- Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience in complaint handling
- Confident
- Positive, can do attitude
