Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 depending on experience

Employment Type: Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) – Hybrid after probation (3 days in office / 2 days working from home)

Job Overview As a Trainee Block Property Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in managing a portfolio of properties.
Working closely with experienced professionals, you’ll learn key aspects of block management, property maintenance, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities 1. Property Management Support
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Respond to client and resident inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support communication between stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Assist with preparing budgets and management reports.
- Help process payments and financial transactions as required.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance and maintenance standards are met.
- Record findings and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, maintenance, and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative assistance to senior team members.
- Participate in structured training programs to build knowledge of property management practices and legislation.
- Shadow senior colleagues to gain practical experience.
- Undertake industry-recognised training to support career progression.
- A degree in property, business, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is beneficial.
- A genuine interest in property management is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.
