Description
URGENT VACANCY for a Temporary experienced Administrator to join our lovely client in  Bishops Stortford for IMMEDIATE START. The contract maybe for 1-2 months or until required 
The role is to support one of their busiest departments so the role will be varied.

The ideal candidate will have in excess of 3 years office Administrators experience and a good attitude with a willingness to undertake a variety if tasks given. The candidate will need to work in a small friendly team, office based  and have a positive attitude. 

Salary: £25,000 pro rated ( Weekly pay ) 
Hours: 8-5pm Monday - Friday 

  • Answering phone calls
  • Answering and replying to client emails to confirm bookings
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Basically supporting the team wherever is needed and other adhoc tasks that may arise
  • All training provided
