- Our client who is based on the outskirts of Harlow is looking for a fast thinking Sales Administrator to manage and update their their electronic components inventory ensuring accurate records of stock levels and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.
Locations: Outskirts of Harlow
Hours: 9-5.30 Monday - Friday
Salary: £27,000-£29,000
Duties:
- Support the Sales team by preparing quotes, invoices and purchase orders related to electronic components sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, track deliveries and resolve and supply chain issues.
- Collaborate with the Sales and marketing team to create and update product catalogues, technical documentation and sales materials.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries related to electronic components, specifications, compatibility and applications.
- Coordinate with Logistics partners to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of components to customers
- Generate sales performance reports, inventory status and metrics for management
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Proven experience in Electronic components and administration and sales supporting roles is required for this role or someone with transferable skills or experience in a similar industry would suit.
Our client is looking to spend at least 6 months making sure the successful candidate is fully trained and capable before they are fully competent and happy with the products. They are ideally looking for someone to be them on a long-term basis and will train accordingly
