Administrative Co-ordinator - Immediate Start
 
We are currently seeking an Administrative Co-ordinator for an organisation who work within the Construction Industry.  This is an interesting and varied role and will appeal to candidates who enjoy building relationships both internally and externally and who enjoys multi-tasking.
 
Duties
  • Complete the initial applicant screening and assessment, arrange interviews and assist with the selection of Assessors
  • Monitor Induction, onboarding and training of new Assessors
  • Manage Assessors administration
  • Manage Assessors work commitment, locations, absences (of all types), business cards, recognition, retirements and/or terminations in a timely manner
  • Coordinate Assessors training, and maintain up to date records relating to training, insurance, professional registrations etc.,
  • Maintain information provided to Assessors ensuring it is always up to date
  • Review feedback from ongoing surveys daily ensuring comments are followed up and dealt with
  • Regularly review registered activity survey responses
  • Review, investigate and draft responses to complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution and closure of all complaints
  • Maintain communication with the organisation/individual(s) raising a complaint or concern to manage expectations
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reporting relating to assurance providers, surveys, customer complaints, and non-conformance as defined by the KPI report
  • Provide analysis of KPI results as required
 
Skills and attributes
 
  • Experienced in a multi-faceted customer environment
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal effectively with Customers and Colleagues
  • Proven ability to use IT based systems including CRM and MS Office
  • A positive and confident communicator
