Warehouse Office Administrator

�� Location: Harlow, Essex
�� Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:00
     Salary - £27,000-£29,000 depending on experience 

About the Role We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations. You will play a key role in coordinating stock movements, processing documentation, and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Please note that this role is more of a clerical role then a typical warehouse operative role. It is office based with no lifting 

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and update orders accurately on the warehouse management/CRM system
  • Maintain stock control records, reconciling any discrepancies with the warehouse team
  • Prepare and check delivery and dispatch documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and goods received notes
  • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections
  • Respond to customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally
  • Produce daily/weekly reports on stock levels, order processing, and delivery performance
  • Support the Warehouse Manager with administration tasks and compliance records
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment desirable)
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, confident liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a team player
