Join our team as a Customer Service professional, this role is a 18 month maternity cover contract.
You will be responsible to check all customer orders in the agreed KPI with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all orders are managed through the company in the agreed KPI, and customers are proactively communicated to in an accurate and timely manner from point of order through to point of delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Check all orders created by the Customer Support Team, with a high level of attention to detail, providing feedback and coaching where corrections are needed.
• Utilising reporting and working with the Production Planning Team to ensure there is an accurate log of all orders by status.
• Responsible for sending all order confirmations within the agreed KPI.
• Address customer enquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Attending weekly meetings, to ensure all orders are on track with the promised delivery date.
• Communicate professionally with customers on the phone and via e-mail.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Exceptional communication skills, and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and in person).
• Highly organised with ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Excellent level of attention to detail, and accuracy of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

Contract length: 18 months
