An excellent opportunity has arisen for our lovely client in Bishops Stortford for a Service Desk Co-ordinator/Scheduler who likes to work in a fast paced environment, working to SLA's and targets.
Do you have scheduling or helpdesk or routing or route planning experience? For this role you will coordinating a large team of approx. 29 engineers across London and the Home Counties.
Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus performance and annual bonus
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Full-time, permanent ON SITE
25 days plus bank holidays plus benefits
The Requirements:
Previous office experience working for a service industry in customer facing role
Previous experience within building services company, busy reactive helpdesk and coordinating an engineering workforce.
