Sales Administrator – Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11
Salary - £21,000-25,000 depending on experience
8.30-5.30 Monday - Thursday
8.30-5pm Fridays
1 hour for lunch

Mosaic Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our well established client based in Hoddesdon within their small friendly Sales Office to support with all admin duties.
The role will be varied but the main responsibility of this individual will be to deal with the incoming calls and processing of the Customer orders which are received by incoming/outgoing phone call, email or fax on to SAP system.
The ideal candidate will be confident, upbeat, enthusiastic and have the willingness to want to learn about the business. Full training given. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing of Customer purchase orders via phone, email, or fax
  • Ensuring all orders received are inputted correctly using our SAP system and following our Sales Office procedures
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to resolve and queries and obtain missing information
  • Maintaining and updating customer records using CRM System
  • Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports for various departments including the Chairman and Managing Director of the business
  • ‘Scanning and Indexing’ orders through the document management system
  • Liaising with External Sales team and providing relevant feedback from customers when necessary
  • Pro-active calling to existing Accounts
  • Supporting the External Sales team and other departments with administrative tasks, if required
Person Specification:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
