• Our experienced consultants will take the time to visit you at your premises to learn about your business and understand your specific needs.

• We will provide honest feedback on our ability to fill your vacancy and agree a realistic contact schedule from the outset.

• Job shadowing incumbent members of staff has proved successful in helping us gain an in-depth knowledge of individual positions and create a better match.

• Your vacancy will be advertised on specialist job boards and social media sites and we will conduct extensive searches to ensure that you have access to the best candidates available.

• Candidates submitted will have been interviewed by a trained consultant and they will have been fully briefed regarding your vacancy. We can personally deliver CV’s and offer our recommendations as to each candidate’s suitability.

• Once suitable candidates have been selected, we recommend that interviews take place as soon as possible, as this will avoid the disappointment of candidates securing alternative employment.

• Bespoke Interview packs will be provided for each candidate prior to them attending an interview. These packs will include a job description, person specification and relevant key matching criteria along with information regarding your company. We will also provide written confirmation of salary, terms and conditions of employment, and company benefits. This information ensures that all candidates introduced by Mosaic are fully briefed prior to attending an interview with you.  We will provide you with a copy of the candidate interview packs, prior to interviews taking place.

• Interview feedback will be requested post candidate interview and this information will be utilised to build an accurate profile of the skills and attributes you are seeking. Feedback is also essential, to enable us to provide candidates with a professional and detailed de-briefing.  We can provide interview feedback forms to assist with this process.

• We will negotiate all offers of employment on your behalf and we recommend that ‘Offers of Employment’ are confirmed in writing as soon as the selection has been made, to assist in securing the appointment and avoiding ‘counter offers’.
