Hello, I am Jennifer and I joined Mosaic in June 2014.

I originally started my career within retail and I quickly progressed to managerial level, whilst I enjoyed dealing with people, I always felt that I needed more of a challenge. Recruitment and training had always formed part of my role and when a career in recruitment was suggested to me, I finally felt I had found the challenge I was looking for, and more! I started working as a Temporaries Consultant for a commercial recruiter and progressed to placing Senior Educational Specialists.

Having gained ten years' experience working within recruitment, I decided I wanted to join a business where I could put both my experience and knowledge to good use, somewhere I would be treated as an individual, where common sense prevailed and where I would be afforded the time to put people first. I definitely made the right decision choosing Mosaic, as I have joined a company that mirrors my values and where I can see a bright future for myself and my family.

I currently source high calibre candidates for a wide variety of roles within Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridge.
