Hello, I am Jill a co-founder of Mosaic, my partner and I came together as two like-minded individuals who understand and are committed to building a reputation for providing an honest, professional, and friendly service to both candidates and clients. 

As a professional Recruitment Manager with sixteen years' experience, within a large corporate organisation, I recognise that there are no short cuts to providing excellent service and there is no substitute for investing my time in getting to know people. 

I have a very clear vision for the future of Mosaic - I would like us to become the 'Agency of Choice' for both candidates and clients and I hope to be known as an honest and ethical recruiter who has a positive impact on the lives of all of the people whom I come into contact with. 

I utilise my wealth of experience to recruit for both temporary and permanent personnel and I specialise in recruiting within the Commercial and Accountancy sectors.
