I'm Sue a founder member of Mosaic, I started the business with my partner Jill in 2011 when we noticed a gap in the market for an agency who were committed to making the 'Perfect Match' for both candidates and clients.

I am fortunate to have had a very successful career working within an industry that I find exciting, and after many years of recruiting there is still nothing that gives me more pleasure than placing a candidate into their dream job! Prior to launching Mosaic I spent twenty years working for a large corporate recruiter who encouraged my progression from Branch Manager through to Senior Regional Manager. Throughout my career I have acquired a wealth of experience and knowledge and gained a proven track record for producing results, delivering service excellence and encouraging others to develop and progress both personally and professionally.

I currently recruit across a wide range of disciplines and specialise in placing Senior and Executive candidates.
