Hello, I’m Mikaela and I started my Mosaic journey in March 2017. I currently work closely with both new and existing clients as a Sales Consultant.

I started my career within the retail industry and soon worked my way up to managerial level where I gained exceptional sales and customer service experience. I decided to embark upon a new career within recruitment as I was looking for an exciting challenge.

In my current role, I work closely with our clients to establish their needs as a business and help search for and select high calibre candidates within the advertising industry. 

I am excited to progress and develop new skills and experience with Mosaic, along with building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
