Documentation</strong><br> A key part of the role will involve working with stakeholders to understand what they need from new systems, projects and process changes.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>You will:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Manage the requirements lifecycle from initial discussions through to validation and sign-off.</li> <li>Facilitate meetings and discussions to establish business requirements.</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements.</li> <li>Produce business requirements documents, process maps, findings reports and task trackers.</li> <li>Ensure requirements are clearly understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Maintain accurate project and change documentation.</li> </ul> <strong>Technology &amp; Automation</strong><br> You'll help the organisation make better use of its existing technology rather than automatically looking for new systems.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>This will include:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Using existing Microsoft tools to improve processes and efficiency.</li> <li>Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes.</li> <li>Developing or supporting solutions using <strong>Power Automate</strong>.</li> <li>Using <strong>SharePoint</strong> to improve information sharing and workflows.</li> <li>Using <strong>Power BI</strong> to support reporting and business insight.</li> <li>Supporting the introduction and adoption of system improvements.</li> <li>Keeping up to date with available technology and identifying where it could solve business challenges.</li> </ul> <strong>Stakeholder Management</strong><br> You'll work with people across different departments and at varying levels of technical knowledge.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Responsibilities include:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Liaising with external technology providers and suppliers.</li> <li>Facilitating conversations between technical and non-technical teams.</li> <li>Managing expectations and communicating project or system changes clearly.</li> <li>Understanding stakeholder concerns and helping identify practical solutions.</li> <li>Supporting colleagues through periods of change.</li> </ul> The ability to <strong>communicate confidently, ask the right questions and translate technical information into straightforward language</strong> will be particularly important.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Testing &amp; Systems Support</strong><br> Alongside your Business Analyst responsibilities, you will provide practical technology support to colleagues.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>This will include:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Providing second-line technical support for day-to-day IT and system queries.</li> <li>Investigating and resolving technical issues.</li> <li>Escalating more complex problems to specialist third-party support providers.</li> <li>Managing laptops, mobile phones and other end-user devices throughout their lifecycle.</li> <li>Supporting users with system and technology-related queries.</li> <li>Coordinating equipment setup, replacement and maintenance.</li> </ul> <strong>Supplier &amp;
