We are looking for a self-motivated and pro-active person with excellent customer service skills to provide first class administration service to customers, building relationships to obtain business growth.  This is a full time permanent position working for a large, global blue chip organisation based in Hatfield.

The successful candidate will receive a salary (dependant on experience) between £20,000 - £28,000 per annum and will be eligible for end of year bonus scheme. This is a non-contractual bonus scheme and figures will not be incorporated into the contract issued to candidates. You will also receive excellent benefits and working environment.  Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

• First point of contact for enquiries, owning and resolving queries that arise daily
• Provide administrative support for all of the department's activities
• Maintain a close working relationship with our wholesalers and value added resellers
• Monitor and action incoming marketing communications 
• Process new applications and upgrades
• Manage customer clothing and promotional goods orders
• Process partner claims and credits
• Coding of invoices
• Maintain the CRM database
• Responsible for collecting data and reporting on marketing communications digital activities

Person Specification:

• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Ability to build and grow business relationships
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivate with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• IT literate – MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Educated to GCSE grade ‘C’ and above or equivalent in Math’s and English
• Knowledge of CRM and/or SAP desirable
• Internal sales/telesales skills desirable
• Experience within building services/construction desirable
