Mosaic Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established Hertfordshire-based organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and workstreams across systems implementation, process improvement and business change.

Working closely with Business Analysts, technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation, you will be responsible for turning requirements into structured delivery plans and ensuring projects remain on track, within scope and budget.

The role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who is highly organised, delivery-focused and confident managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.

The Role
You will manage assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through to implementation and closure, with responsibilities including:
  • Managing the delivery of defined projects and workstreams from initiation through to completion.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, actions, risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinating input from Business Analysts, technical teams, SMEs, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project deliverables and escalating risks or issues when required.
  • Maintaining project documentation including RAID logs, delivery plans and progress reports.
  • Providing clear and accurate project updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitating project meetings, stand-ups and workshops.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, priorities and delivery risks.
  • Supporting systems implementation, testing, handover and benefits tracking.
  • Working with Business Analysts to translate requirements into clear delivery plans and actions.
  • Supporting process mapping, change impact assessments and documentation.
  • Helping ensure new systems and processes are successfully embedded across the organisation.
  • Coordinating third-party suppliers involved in project delivery.
  • Tracking project expenditure against budget and highlighting potential variances.
  • Supporting procurement, supplier onboarding and performance monitoring where required.
  • Contributing to project reviews, governance and audit activity.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience within a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Delivery or similar change-focused role.
You will ideally have:
  • Experience delivering or coordinating projects and workstreams.
  • Good understanding of structured project management methodologies, governance and delivery controls.
  • Experience supporting systems, technology, data, process improvement or organisational change projects.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining project plans, reports and delivery documentation.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your own projects and priorities.
Qualifications
You will ideally be working towards or already hold a recognised project management qualification such as:
  • PRINCE2
  • AgilePM
  • APM
  • Or another recognised project management methodology.
  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience would also be advantageous.
