Mosaic Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a well-established organisation offering an excellent benefits package and genuine work-life balance.
This is a varied customer-focused role where you will be the first point of contact and provide a professional and responsive service via telephone, email, webchat and social media.
The Role
Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will provide high-quality customer support and administration while helping to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and end users.
- Resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally, escalating more complex issues when required.
- Supporting customers with products, services, registrations, certifications and enquiries.
- Providing administrative support.
- Promoting benefits and supporting retention and renewal activities.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Building positive relationships with customers, members and key stakeholders.
- Supporting reporting, communications, invoicing and payment administration.
- Working towards customer service KPIs and service standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer journey.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver an excellent service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within a customer service or customer support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling enquiries across multiple channels.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working to targets, KPIs or service levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience using CRM databases and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage competing priorities within a busy environment.
- The ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
