We're partnering with an exciting new beauty start-up that is preparing to launch and looking for a talented Social Media Manager to build and grow its social presence from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the very beginning of its journey, helping shape its voice, community, and content strategy across key social platforms. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior Marketing and Influencer teams, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life and driving awareness in a highly competitive market.

The Role
As Social Media Manager, you'll take ownership of the brand's social channels, developing and executing a best-in-class social strategy that builds awareness, drives engagement, and creates a loyal community.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be involved in every stage of the social content process—from strategy and planning through to filming, editing, publishing, and community management.
You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-growing start-up environment while working alongside an experienced leadership team with expertise across beauty, PR, influencer marketing, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Create, film, edit, and publish engaging social-first content
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned to launches, campaigns, and key brand moments
- Develop creative concepts that drive awareness, engagement, and audience growth
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across social channels
- Monitor trends, platform developments, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for the brand
- Collaborate closely with Influencer and PR teams to maximise creator and advocacy activity
- Support content shoots and campaign activations across social platforms
- Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Work with external creators, photographers, videographers, and freelancers when required
- Continuously test and optimise content formats to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
- 3-5 years' experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Experience within beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or another visually-led consumer brand
- Proven success creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practice, and performance metrics
- Confident filming and editing content using mobile-first tools
- Experience using platforms such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Passionate about building brands and creating content that genuinely resonates with audiences
