The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their busy Bereavement Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years PQE to work in a supportive and structured environment, with clear opportunities for progression and professional development.

The Role
- Take client instructions and prepare Wills, LPAs and general Powers of Attorney, from straightforward to complex cases
- Manage probate and estate administration files, including estates requiring IHT400s, tax relief claims, and intestate estates
- Administer and advise on trusts, including Life Interest and Discretionary Trusts, with guidance on tax implications and estate administration
- Gain exposure to issues affecting older clients, including awareness of the Court of Protection and Deputyship work, with support from Lifetime Planning specialists
- Build relationships with clients and contribute to business development and networking activities
- Act as an ambassador for the firm both internally and externally
- A solicitor (or CILEX/FILEX qualified) with 3+ years PQE and experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Private Client work
- STEP qualification or working toward it is desirable but not essential
- Someone dedicated to excellent client service and able to provide clear, professional advice
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with strong judgement, maturity, and a 'can-do' attitude
