Location: Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire (Hybrid - 1 day WFH)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing:
- Building strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver outstanding service.
- Communicating clearly, professionally, and responsively across all channels.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting updates to clients and management.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and proactively.
- Anticipating challenges and taking initiative to support our clients.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and energetic team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural problem-solver.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.

- £25,000 per annum
- Hybrid working - 1 day per week from home
