Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Hybrid/office-based in Dunmow with some home working

Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for passive fire protection works.
- Assist with business development to support continued company growth.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Produce applications for payment, invoices, and variation accounts.
- Monitor project costs to ensure profitability.
- Attend client meetings to present services and technical capabilities.
- Participate in pre- and post-tender meetings, offering both technical and commercial input.
- Maintain tender trackers, cost databases, and commercial records.
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, ideally within passive fire protection.
- Knowledge of fire safety standards and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Strong skills in cost planning, tender management, and contract administration.
- High level of numerical accuracy and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant project management tools.
