Location: Harlow on site
Salary: £35,000-£36,000 plus annual 10% bonus
Hours: 8.30-5pm
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Overview
A key priority for our business is delivering exceptional customer service by strengthening relationships with our existing clients and effectively managing the journey for newly onboarded customers. By cultivating these relationships, we aim to maximise the potential of each account, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer retention.
An essential part of this role also includes the prompt and accurate handling of sales administration. This function plays a critical role in supporting the external sales team, enabling them to focus on generating new business opportunities—an important driver of the company’s growth.
Full training will be provided to support and guide you through the responsibilities outlined below.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the National Accounts team with processing orders, new account applications and quotations on to Orderwise
- To cover Customer Service Manager whilst on annual leave
- Supporting the National Accounts team and Regional Sales Team with quotations, and reports they may require from Orderwise or CRM
- Help find leads from various sources such as google, linked in
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Build relationships with customers and identify new opportunities with existing customers
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
- Supporting marketing with various tasks that assist the sales department with winning work
- Customer visits with the External Sales Team may be required to help strengthen the customer service relationship
- To manage own portfolio of smaller customer accounts with a view to developing and establishing new business opportunities within these
- To attend and support the External Sales Team at exhibitions

- Proficiency in Zoho CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

- Computer literate, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook.
