Our progressive client who are based in Harlow is seeking an Account Manager to work in a small friendly relaxed team. The role involves looking after both existing and new customers.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager to join a small friendly team in a vibrant office. The role will be offered on a Temp to Perm basis, with the intention of transferring to a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
Full training will be provided with a comprehensive induction programme. The company truly value their people and want to invest in them personally and professionally to help them develop and progress.

Benefits/Terms
- In addition to the basic salary there is also a £6,000 annual bonus which is paid quarterly
- Hours: 8.30-5pm with half an hour lunch.
- Annual Leave: 25 days, rising by one day per year of each year of service up to 30 days. Plus paid Bank holidays.

Main Duties/Responsiblities:
- To develop and support product sales / market share growth in line with company objectives and targets within the business.
- To provide quotes and orders via warm leads
- To prospect for new business within the industry
- To maintain contact with the company's customers and potential customers
- To acquire the necessary selling skills, product knowledge and understanding of company policy
- To ensure adequate contact coverage of the designated customers both internal and external, in line with company objectives.
- To report on a regular basis to the Sales Manager on market trends, competitor activities and matters affecting company products and policy.
- To deal with complaints should they arise.
- To support the Sales Manager in the pursuit of new sales opportunities.
