Sales Executive

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Convert Leads: Contact and engage warm leads, turning inquiries into sales.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Use open-ended questions and expert objection handling to recommend the right insurance products.
  • CRM Management: Log and track customer interactions accurately on our internal system.
  • Hit Targets: Stay motivated while meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay Compliant: Provide all relevant product information to customers, adhering to industry guidelines.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold our company’s values by presenting yourself professionally and delivering an authentic customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Analytical Mindset: Able to work with multiple systems and analyse customer needs efficiently.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You have great interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Confidence & Drive: Motivated to hit targets and maintain a positive outlook, even when faced with challenges.

  • Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 based on experience plus monthly OTE to be discussed at interview stage. 
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - hybrid working after probation period 
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per year
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9-5.30 37.5 hours
  • Weekend availability after probation ( rota basis 1 in 7) day off in lieu or to be paid as overtime
