Description
A great client who is moving into new premises is expanding their team and looking for someone to support the Head of Accounts. 

Accounts Assistant
Duties
  • Accurate processing of purchase invoices and statement reconciliation.
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Preparing and sending of Customer Invoices and statements.
  • Month end duties.
  • Credit control
  • Ad hoc accounts duties.
Requirements
  • Strong Administrative and Excel skills.
  • Accounts Experience.
  • Sage 50 knowledge preferable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
  • A flexible, professional and practical approach to work.
