ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Purchase invoices on a weekly basis
Creating sales invoices
Credit control chasing payments
Bank reconciliations of all accounts including petty cash on a weekly basis
General booking keeping duties
Reconciliation of credit card statements
Preparing payment run
Analysis of invoices
Preparation of invoices
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to work in a team Excellent communication skills Experience using an accounts software would be desirable, ideally Xero Intermediate Excel Experience working within a finance role is essential
