**Salary £28,000-£30,000 plus performance bonus of approx. £3,000 depending on performance targets reached **
Hours 8-5pm Monday-Thursday (fully office based) in a relaxed office environment.
8-4pm Fridays
Annual Leave: 23 Days plus Bank Holidays
For the right candidate, some flexibility around on-site working hours can be agreed once the job is established but there is no promise of this as this is for a new team structure.

Our client is a UK market leader in its industry
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure the client is a supplier of choice. Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar sales supporting role. You will be looking after a client base of existing customers taking orders over emails, phone and making outbound calls to follow up with regular clients. Ideal candidate is someone that enjoys talking to clients and building relationships in a sales environment.
This role is 70% admin and customer service based. 20% upselling/cross selling to existing clients and 10% liaising with the company's field-based team who drive new sales. You will initially be looking after 100-200 existing account portfolio which will rise once you gain experience in the role.
Duties:
- Work with internal and external sales colleagues to drive customer growth and ensure continued development of new business pipeline
- need to be aware of the difference between cost price and sales pricing. This is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
- Manage customer pricing to deliver increased margins
- Provide internal sales support on administration, quotes, service and quality issues.
- Ensure orders are accurately captured and entry onto the CRM system to deliver daily service promise
