Based in London North Greenwich SE10
Salary £24,000
Office based - Hours: 8-5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Parking on site.

Nearest TfL and DLR train station is North Greenwich and then 0.54km walk from the station
This is a key support role, with a strong administrative bias, responsible for providing a market leading
customer experience to the depot’s customer base and efficient and effective support and assistance
to the sales office of the depot, including handling and processing of customer orders in line with
company policies and procedures. Assisting with a mix of sales related and administrative duties
Roles and responsibilities ( including and not limited to)
• Being a primary contact for specific depot allocated customers
• Maintain accurate customers and account information including up to date pricing and up to
date information input into templates
• Receipt and processing of direct delivery orders and customer Purchase orders onto M4
computer system
• Check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders
• Complete confirmations using Transend & Delivery Notes
• Communication with customer regarding concessions and any other required information
• Regularly update information on system including maintenance of records on customer pricing
Generate and process Return Inwards Notes
• Provide the necessary commercial support to enable an efficient response to all customer
enquires
• Ability to create and print sales/product/customer related M4 reports and Aurea CRM reports
(including analysis)
• Liaise with other sales staff to maximise sales opportunities
• Capture and professionally process customer feedback using own initiative as appropriate
As a Customer Service Advisor, used to working in a fast-paced environment and ideally able to
demonstrate relevant experience of working in a similar customer facing role, you should have:
• A confident and professional telephone manner, backed by a strong customer focus and great
problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail, data entry experience and a good all-round level of IT/PC literacy
• Energetic and driven to deliver good customer service whilst identifying areas to of
improvements.
• A diligent and highly organised approach, coupled with plenty of initiative
• Good relationship building skills, plus the ability to work as part of a team and independently
training and development schemes.
