Mosaic Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a large global organisation based in their Compliance team.
The purpose of this role is to communicate, maintain and monitor the on-going compliance activities within the organisation ensuring all regulatory and corporate requirements are fulfilled, documented and communicated in a professional and supportive manner.
Hybrid role - split working 3 days from home, 2 days in the offices in Hatfield.
Key Duties:
- Work in collaboration with all departments to enhance compliance awareness and processes
- Support/ Conduct the updating of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation Support/ Conduct and document the nationwide Fixed Asset Audit Support completion of various check sheets and questionnaires
- Ensure new starters receive and respond to the Compliance New Starter Induction Pack
- Administrate various Compliance training activities i.e. e-Learning
- Arrange and register various internal legal training
- Arrange the set up and maintenance of the SAP system profiles
- Upload and maintain policies and procedures on the Branch Intranet
- Upload and maintain branch authority matrices on the Branch Intranet
- Conduct adhoc general admin duties
Person Specification:
- IT competent and confident using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fast learner
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Experience of working to deadlines and motivating/monitoring others
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
