This is a great opportunity to join a thriving Property Management company as a Handover Coordinator.
The purpose of this role is ensuring that all incoming and outgoing handover information is received and processed in a professional and timely manner, whilst working closely with the new business, integration and property management team to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities & Duties
- To ensure all internal fees are correct and entered into back-office system and monthly reports.
- To review and reconcile leaseholder balances and input onto Back-office system.
- To ensure the handover trackers are maintained, ensuring that all information is received within set timescales.
- To set up all new sites on back office system, assigning site number and inputting relevant data
- To read and review a sample of leases for each new development and input information into back office system
***You will need at least 2-3 years office-based Administration experience to be considered for this role***
