• This role will involve a mixture of working from the main site in Hatfield, Working from Home & travelling to other sites in the UK.

We are currently on the search for a proven Operations Manager who will be leading the operational strategy across multiple sites throughout the UK.

This business are leaders in the Cooling Heating and Air Conditioning industry, with ambitious growth and strategic plans going forward.

Their products are very much in demand and a big part of this role is ensuring they can deliver to customers in the most customer orientated and profitable manner possible.

Key Duties:

• Monitoring and converting the order book to ensure sales revenue delivery.
• Risk analysis completed on all high-level processes to ensure reduction on impact to customers.
• Mentoring and coaching 7 Operations Managers across different sites to encourage and nurture a high performing team.
• Stakeholder relationship management.
• Continually reviewing the processes supporting the customer journey to ensure they are lean, efficient and customer centric.
• Management and organisation of the SAP IT change programme.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previously managed Operations Teams across multiple locations.
• Continuous improvement approach to the customer journey.
• Six Sigma experience.
• Solid Customer Service background.
