This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a progressive and innovative organisation who are committed to offering quality products. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator who is an excellent communicator, has a positive attitude and enjoys multi-tasking.
The role will involve organising client training on automotive equipment, booking venues and scheduling equipment. Additional responsibilities will be obtaining quotations, raising quotations and scheduling engineers.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support operational tasks and projects
- Creating, updating and sending quotations and invoices
- Create and allocate jobs
- Raising of purchase orders / arranging transfers of goods
- Setting up new customers on the CRM
- Chase for payments
- Order and dispatch stock for maintenance and project work
- Provide updates on jobs, quotes, and new enquiries
- Management of the mailbox
- Answering training and service-related enquiries
- Answering questions regarding products and services
- Processing orders and transactions
- Create and develop training for colleagues
- Communicate with colleagues internationally to help and support with stock queries
- Pro-actively ensure that day to day tasks and workload are completed to a high level
- Provide positivity and encouragement within the team to achieve goals
- Promote the business to maximise opportunities

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an Administrator
- Interested in building up product knowledge on technical products
- SAP Experience
- Stock Control experience
- Import/Export Experience
- Able to deliver informative information regarding on products and services
- Adheres to procedures, guidelines, and policies
