We are looking for a highly organised, efficient administrator to join a local professional organisation.

This is a contract position until March 2023.

You will be providing administrative and general support to the team, handling incoming enquiries, processing new and existing applications, validating qualifications and supporting scheduled activities over a 12-month period.

The successful candidate will be IT literate, have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator as you will be dealing with various internal and external contacts. You will have the ability to multi-task to ensure all activities, processing and turn-around times are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the engagement team with processing new and existing applications
• Validating qualifications
• Processing data on spreadsheets, preparing packs and running data reports
• Processing orders, taking payments and raising invoices
• Be first line support for enquiries and queries
• Support scheduled activities over a 12-month period
• Daily customer care activities via phone, email, social media and webchat
• Maintenance of data quality and integrity of systems
