I am on the lookout for a digital/e-commerce savvy Marketing Manager to join my clients rapidly expanding business.
You will be instrumental in the growth of the business and its future, including the opportunity to become a share holder.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you'll be working across the full B2C and B2B attraction lifecycle, looking to create campaigns that convert, engage and retain our audience through various digital channels but with a strong emphasis on Content, SEO, Paid Ads (PPC, Display, Fb Ads), Social Media, CRO and Email. You'll take ownership of the Marketing and strategy and make sure that this being delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
You will be continuously testing and improving everything and reporting back with results to the Directors and shareholders. As such you should feel very comfortable with data and using Google Analytics in parallel across sites so you can report robust results. You will be responsible for a social media executive and a graphic designer and for managing and mentoring, as well as having direct management over any agencies that the client uses (PPC, SEO and Website Development) to enable the business to hit growth targets. • Understanding and hands on experience of the digital marketing mix (particularly in these areas - SEO, PPC, Content, CRO and Social).
• Knowledge of Excel and Adobe/Google Analytics.
• Demonstrable experience of running successful projects from inception to delivery.
• Campaign planning, management, and reporting skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills/ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience managing external agencies.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Ideally you will have B2C and B2B Marketing experience
• Ideally you will have previously managed someone
