Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, with one hour for lunch.  No weekend working or bank holidays

£22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience 

Job includes but is not limited to:

• Administering and logging all quotes
• Responding to pricing queries by email and phone
• Order inputting/processing and maintenance
• Customer support
• Telephone support
• Excellent telephone manner
• Product returns support
• Availability and lead time checks (liaising with suppliers)
• Keeping customer, supplier and product data up to date
• Customer and supplier order processing support
• General admin duties

Role includes 22 days per year/pro-rata. Increases by one day for every following year, until a maximum of 30 days per annum
