Warehouse Operative

Harlow (Pinnacles area)

Temporary (with opportunity to go permanent after 3 months)

Monday to Friday, 08.30am – 17.00pm (40 hrs per week)

£10.50 per hour 

Our leading manufacturing client are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join their Harlow Depot to work as part of the team, contributing to efficient operation of the depot ensuring the provision of excellent customer service.

The Job:

• Pick orders as per customer requirement ensuring high level of accuracy
• Deal with inbound vehicles following correct company policy
• Ensure safe handling and storage of all products in line with stock locations
• Load vehicles in a safe manner
• Deal with trade counter customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with stock checks as required
• Maintain high standards of site housekeeping
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety awareness
• Assist other team members when necessary
• Any other reasonable duties as allocated the manager

Keys skills and attributes:

• Ability to work as part of a team with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to work
• Excellent communications skills
• Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment
