We have an excellent opportunity for a customer centric individual to join the Central Services for a large well-known organisation on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
The Central Services department focuses and supports operational excellence and continuous improvement and they need a Returns Coordinator to provide high quality assistance to customers with regards to the return of finished goods products.
The role is about ensuring a quick and efficient Customer Centric process is carried out for all returns requests, within set SLAs, working with a variety of departments including Logistics, Workshop, Sales Administration and Credit Control to ensure a smooth transition back into stock.
You will be expected to report upon any customer issues, trend patterns and service level agreement measures to ensure the department is functioning correctly, customer service levels are being upheld and departmental costs are kept to a minimum. Updates will be provided to the National Operations Managers at weekly 121 meetings and a monthly overview at departmental meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customer queries relating to Returns
- Processing returns requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Raising credits where applicable for Returns including application of labour contributions and stock handling charges where appropriate
- Validate returns requests, liaise with operations department where applicable
- Support customer invoice queries and credit control department relating to returns
- Update all transactions on CRM to ensure visibility to Operations team.
- Organise collection of products to warehouse/workshop
- Deal with any/all transportation issues
- Liaise with workshop in respect of inspections for condition of returned stock
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience working within a customer focused environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Good levels of IT including MS Office
