We have an excellent opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic person who is looking for development to work for a local and very progressive company, who are leaders in their field.
You will be providing seamless support to customers placing orders and arranging shipments both in the UK and Globally.
Main key result areas include:
- Ensure all customer orders are accurately entered on the system on the day they are received
- Liaise with customers on all aspects of the order via telephone/email to achieve mutually satisfactory agreed outcomes
- Resolve any order queries and returns and manage in line with company protocols and deadlines
- Ensure accuracy of all shipping paperwork
- Ensure all sales calls are dealt with in a professional manner either personally or referred to the appropriate individual
- Update customer database on SAP in line with company protocols and deadlines
- Build and maintain professional and harmonious working relationships with managers, colleagues, service providers and customers. demonstrating sound courtesies, business ethics and principles.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within an office customer service B2B environment
- Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
- Fluency written and spoken in another European language would be beneficial
- Knowledge of International Payments, shipping paperwork and IncoTerms
- Knowledge and experience of SAP
- Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office
- Organised and methodical
- Proven ability to working within a team
- Ethical and compliant
