We are looking for a competent Regional HR Advisor to assist the South Region in providing support and guidance on all HR issues. This is a remote position, but you will need to be able to travel regularly into London and Dartford.
You will provide support and guidance on HR issues across the region of multi branded sites and with a variety of stakeholders. You will take a proactive and commercial approach in line with the HR and Business strategy. The roles key focus is:
ER Case Management and legislative compliance
Change Management
Coaching and Mentoring
Absenteeism Management (long and short term)
Performance Management
TUPE Process
You must be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

Experience and Qualifications:
Qualified at CIPD level 5 or equivalent
Previous experience of working within a generalist/advisory HR role
Experience of managing large ER case load including disciplinary, grievance, absence etc.
Excellent IT skills with experience of working with HR databases
