Are you available immediately and seeking experience within an office environment?

We are working with a client, based in Harlow, who are seeking an efficient and proactive Sales Administrator to join their existing team.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with previous office experience but if you are eager to learn and a competent IT user, this could also be a great opportunity for you!

This role will be temporary initially, but for the right candidate, it will be made permanent after 12 weeks.

The working hours are 8.30am – 5pm, they can offer you 25 days holiday, pension, and free parking on site (this role will be office based and does not offer remote working)

Key duties of the Administrator

  • To ensure smooth process of all quotes and orders from the sales office.
  • To support the sales team with administration duties.
  • Ensure smooth deliveries and update customers with ETA’s. Courtesy call once delivered.
  • To ensure all quote order and delivery logs are updated daily.
  • Assist with inbound call enquiries.
  • To manage outstanding orders and allocation of stock.
  • To assist the Account Managers with database management updating all customer communication.
  • To ensure future orders are free from credit blocks.
  • To have a good relationship with all internal and external customers.
  • To support the branch network with their AC enquiries.
  • To liaise with the warranty team and branch for any warranty claims.
  • To liaise with branch on spares enquiries and ensure the customer request is actioned.
  • To be responsible for day-to-day office admin (post/ stationery/ literature).
  • To work with Support Coordinator with management and data cleansing.
  • To support the team leader/ National Sales Manager with any ad hoc duties required.
