- Description
This is an excellent opportunity for Order Processor who enjoys working as part of a friendly, social and busy team. This is a varied role which involves managing a high volume of incoming calls and processing customer orders which can be received via phone, e mail or fax.
The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience working within a sales office and will definitely be a team player who enjoys being an integral member of a busy team.
Duties
- Pro-Actively contacting the existing customer base to offer products already identified through reporting and gap analysis
- Forging strong client relationships and offering a high level of customer service
- Receiving and processing Customer purchase orders via phone, e mail or fax
- Ensuring all orders received are input accurately on the SAP system following robust procedures
- Contacting customers by telephone or email to obtain additional information and resolve queries efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining and updating customer records using our CRM System
- Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports for various departments and senior management
- ‘Scanning and Indexing’ orders onto a document management system
- Liaising with the External Sales team and providing relevant feedback from customers
- Supporting the External Sales team and other departments with administrative tasks, if required
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience working within a similar environment
- Team player who is sociable and enjoys forging good working relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of SAP, ACT and Microsoft Office would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
