• You will be the main point of contact for the site, so helpdesk experience is essential
• Managing planned and reactive maintenance using in-house system
• Ensure contractors attending site are fully compliant and have correct permits
• Manage sickness, holiday and uniform
• Managing on site maintenance stock, ordering and sorting the purchasing and invoices
• Managing the site utilities
• Assisting with residential inventories and inspections
