We have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for our prestigious client based in Hertford.
They are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Assistant (Temporary) to support a senior member of staff. The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar role and be able to work in a demanding and fast paced role.
You will be resilient, adaptable and have excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
There will be some extra hours on a Saturday required, on an adhoc basis so you must be flexible.
For the right candidate, this could develop into a permanent role.

The standard working hours will be 8am – 4pm but the demands of the role may require work to be undertaken outside hours on occasion.
Key duties of the PA;
- Providing confidential and personal support.
- Managing and organising the diary and electronic appointments, controlling the daily schedule, and keeping to the planned schedule.
- Assisting the management of day-to-day work, providing appropriate administrative support.
- Responding to letters, emails, and phone calls.
- Drafting, typing, and dispatching correspondence.
- Maintaining discreet and professional relationships internally and externally.
- Liaising with relevant individuals and external organisations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes.
- Maintaining a comprehensive filing system, online and otherwise.
- Processing general and confidential documents appropriately.
- Managing procedures and paperwork.
- Minute taking as and when required.
- Providing a welcoming and professional approach to all visitors.
- Managing and organising travel arrangements.
- Collating, recording, and processing expenses.
- Collating and managing data to create and produce documents.
- Undertake responsibilities in respect of Data protection, including the appropriate use of computer IDs and passwords, in relation to the role.
